Red, White and Blue Devils Military Honor Day
On Saturday, May 5th, the Warren Township High School Boys’ and Girls’ Lacrosse programs will host the 2nd Annual Red, White, and Blue Devils Military Honor Day. Military Honor Day is a tribute to past, present, and future United States Military and their families. On behalf of the Athletic Department we would like to extend an invitation to all Warren families to attend this free event.
The event, held at Warren Township High School O’Plaine Campus Stadium, is the continuation of the Warren Area Lacrosse Associations’ (WALA) three year sponsorship of United States military units serving overseas. Warren student-athletes have collected thousands of items to ship to these military units on active duty in Afghanistan and Iraq, beginning with the 10th Mountain Division, followed by the 101st Airborne, and most recently the 1st Infantry Division.
